Seed Program | Raising Agents of Godly Transformation

Seed program

program with aim of reaching and equipping young Africans diaspora/Immigrants to be agents of Godly transformation in hosting and their home countries.

Our Mission

Bolstering the spiritual health of African diaspora/Immigrants community churches.

I. Introduction

Africans in Europe are continually increasing, coming to Europe as (1) professionals, (2) students, or (3) asylum seekers.
Nowadays there are many international African churches in Europe, most of which have been planted by Africans. Many Africans have joined these churches to meet others who share their language, culture, and manner. Because renting a space in Europe is costly, most African diaspora churches rely on local churches to provide a meeting venue. African churches consequently assemble only for a short time on Sundays, usually in the afternoon or evening. This constraint harms the churches because members receive less guidance in spiritual growth and management of urgent life problems. After conversations with various African church pastors in Europe, we found that these churches greatly need support to promote spiritual health. By engaging young Africans in serving in these churches, we will mitigate African immigrants’ problems in Europe while equipping and mobilizing young Africans to bring about Godly revival and transformation in Europe and their home continent..

II. Issues Affecting the African Diaspora/Immigrants Community in Europe

🤝

Racial abuse and discrimination

Members of the African diaspora/Immigrants community in Europe continue to be mistreated based on their race. Depression is widespread among young people, especially adolescents.

👨‍👩‍👧

Inadequate Christian parenting

Parents often work overtime or neglect mentoring responsibilities. Churches need age-conscious discipleship to raise agents of Godly revival.

🌍

Limited social integration

Many struggle to learn local languages and adapt culturally, creating burdens in daily living and parenting.

❤️

Tribal hostility

African diaspora communities are affected by tribal conflicts exported from their home countries.
